Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PalStop.com and all associated services operated by PalStop Networks, Inc. ("PalStop," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully. By accessing or using PalStop, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our platform.

1. Eligibility and Registration

To use PalStop, you must be at least 13 years old, or older if your local laws require. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. By registering an account, you represent that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date. You may not impersonate someone else, misrepresent your identity, or create multiple accounts for disruptive or abusive behavior.

2. Account Security and Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. PalStop will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account. Notify us immediately at support@palstop.com if you suspect any unauthorized use.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you post on PalStop. By posting, uploading, or submitting content to the platform, you grant PalStop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your content in connection with providing our services.

You agree that your content does not violate any applicable laws or infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights. PalStop may remove content that violates these Terms or is deemed harmful, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate at our sole discretion.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Engaging in unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity
Harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior
Sharing pornographic, violent, or otherwise explicit material
Promoting hate speech or discrimination
Spamming, scamming, or using bots
Attempting to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload PalStop systems

5. Community and Moderation

PalStop is a community platform built on respect and freedom of expression. However, we reserve the right to moderate content, warn users, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies. We encourage users to report violations through our Help Center.

6. Platform Availability

PalStop is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be error-free. We may suspend or terminate service at any time without notice for maintenance, upgrades, or legal reasons.

7. Data Privacy

Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and international standards such as the GDPR and CCPA where applicable.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

PalStop may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, content, or availability. Use of such services is at your own risk.

9. Termination and Suspension

We may terminate or suspend your access to PalStop without prior notice for violations of these Terms or applicable law. You may also close your account at any time via your account settings or by contacting us at support@palstop.com.

10. Limitation of Liability

PalStop Networks, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the platform.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall be settled first through negotiation. If unresolved, they will be brought exclusively to the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance.
